My Role

Define the UX strategy for the company and drive the overall design solutions based business goals, product requirements, user testing, and design thinking.
Lead the team of UX Designers, Marketers and Product Evangelists. Build UX processes and set documentation standards aligned with the company’s identity. Lead all aspects of the design process (research, ideation, design and user testing). Participate as part of the UX team when needed in any of the UX Design phases.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing and branding strategies and campaign across all digital platforms to achieve key business objectives.
Lead the execution of strategies, such as content marketing, paid & organic marketing, SEO & website management and social media.
Business development. Work with internal key departments to create added value initiatives to foster revenue.
Support talent acquisition strategies. Foster an environment of continual learning, professional development, improvement, and support through 1:1s mentoring.

Executed and directed all phases of the project lifecycle on time and budget by producing and strictly adhering to roadmaps and timelines for major releases, identifying potential issues, and reporting positive and negative incidents to the Chief Executive Officer.
Enhanced client satisfaction and team productivity by cultivating and maintaining effective client, stakeholder, and management relationships for new and existing accounts and projects including PwC, MetLife, Banorte, IBERO and INVEX.
Increased overall product quality by leading UX Design and DevOps managers in the development of first-class framework projects for mobile, web, and cloud app development.
