Create a digital platform to enable users to read and study tax laws.
My Role
I was the Principal UX designer.
I was responsible for maintaining high creative standards, providing detailed direction and insight to the design team throughout the life cycle of the design process. Worked closely with the UX/UI designers to concept storyboard, wireframe, prototype intuitive and engaging user experiences.
I supervised the creation of production-ready art assets and style guides for implementation by the development team. Managed workloads, timelines, dependencies and deliverables of the design team.
Collaborated with Software Architects, project managers and developers to ensure a smooth, effective and fast paced process.
Presented designs to users and business stakeholders and facilitate effective feedback mechanisms. Proactively assess and recommend improvements to the user experience based on analytics and users feedback.

I planned and conducted the research strategy. Qualitative and quantitave data was gathered through surveys and interviews to potentials users around the world.
Through our research we identified two types of users with significantly different goals and usage patterns.
