Design a product for a start up. The goal of the digital product was to enable users to request an assistance for personal or business actitivies.
The team started with: the Startup founder and CEO and our internal team: Principal Architects, Developers and me as the Principal Brand/Product/UX Designer.
I designed and implemented a research strategy to get the input required to create design the new brand identity in terms of personality, marketing
category, promise and credentials, perspective, target audience, etc.
Conducted innovation workshops with the client to define the core qualities of the product and the overall innovation strategy.
Defined the product evolution timeline from the early adoption to reaching the mainstream market
I created user journeys for each task to be performed by the user. After an initial exploration throught wireframes (to try out different approaches in terms of layout, information architecture, interaction, etc), I created high res clickable prototypes to be tested with potential users and then presented to the CEO
The developemnt process followed an agile approarch. Working closely with the CEO we prioritize the functionalities that added most value to the users. For each functionality the requirements and the expectation in terms of user experience was shared to the tech team. I conducted design reviews after the development of each functionality was done to ensure the UI was pixel perfect.
After the development was completed a series of testing rounds were done with potential users to encounter any opportunities areas or bugs before going live.
